• NO SMOKING inside the units. This includes vaping, cigars, pipes and marijuana. Smoking is allowed only outside, and cigarette butts must be disposed of appropriately. There will be a $250 fee if staff determines the room is or has been smoked in. If repairs to the property must be made due to smoking, guests will be charged for the full price of repairs/damage including odor removal.

• WE DO NOT ACCEPT MAIL OR PACKAGES HERE.  USPS offers PO Boxes and UPS/FedEx has pickup located in Williston.

• EACH unit will be occupied by no more than 2 guests and no more than 2 pets.

• GUESTS may not make any changes to wiring, fixtures, nor place any holes in walls.

• NO Barbecues or open fires are permitted on any wood porches or stairs, and only are allowed away from buildings/structures. 

• NO speeding in the parking lot. The speed limit 5 mph!

• MUST register all vehicles with the office. 1 vehicle per room, additional parking available.

• NO repairs or maintenance on vehicles may be done on the property.

• NO inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are permitted on the property and will be towed at owner’s expense.

• Management assumes no liability for loss, or damage to guest property. Injury to persons/parties due to weather, property facilities or any issues caused by other persons/parties on the premises.

• Please properly dispose of your personal trash in the dumpster at the NE corner of the property. Do not leave trash outside your room.

• INVOLVEMENT IN ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES OR FIGHTING ON PREMISES will be grounds for AUTOMATIC REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY. This rule has a zero-tolerance policy with no exceptions.

• THEFT or DAMAGE of any Buffalo Ridge Lodge property will not be tolerated. Guests will be charged for any missing or damaged items.

• QUIET HOURS are from 9pm till 6am. Please be courteous to your neighbors.

• Check out is at 11am. If you extend your stay, please contact the office before your checkout date. There is a late re-check in fee after 11am.

• Property rules and policies are subject to change at any time by management without notice.

• PETS: must always be leashed. Guest must pick up pet’s waste. If staff does, there will be a $50 charge to your room per incident. Do not leave pets unattended in or outside the rooms; and they must be leashed at all times. The pet agreement must be signed and on file at the front desk.

• Undeclared pets: there will be a $100 penalty and all pet fees will be charged to the card on file.
